The Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX is a rechargeable receiver-in-canal hearing aid and the first device on Signia's Multi-adaptive Xperience platform, or MaX. Where most hearing aids point their AI at one task, MaX runs four neural networks at once, reading speech, noise, the room around you, and your own voice together. We fit the Pure C&G MaX for patients who want to stay in the conversation when the room gets loud and crowded.
Signia's name for the approach is Acoustic Intelligence. Four Deep Neural Networks each specialize in one listening task and pass what they learn to one another, giving the hearing aids a fuller read on your surroundings before they shape the sound. The idea is not only to make a noisy room quieter. It is to keep you connected to the people you want to hear without cutting you off from everything else going on around you.
These features matter most for someone whose hardest listening is busy, moving group conversation.
The Pure C&G MaX makes sense if you want a premium rechargeable RIC hearing aid and your biggest challenges are restaurants, social events, meetings, and other places with several talkers and noise from every side. Its wide connectivity appeals to people who want one device that spans current and emerging wireless audio, and it comes in eight colors. The Auracast hardware is included now, with full function expected through a Signia app firmware update by March 2027.
The most advanced device is not always the best fit for a given person. Your hearing test, speech-in-noise scores, ear anatomy, and response to amplification all matter, and we will point you toward a simpler option if it serves you better.
If you want to know whether the Signia Pure Charge&Go MaX fits your hearing and your routine, the first step is a comprehensive hearing evaluation. Our audiologist will go through your results with you, measure how well you follow speech in noise, and explain which options make sense for your degree of hearing loss.
